Description
The nature of reality is a difficult question because we do not experience reality directly. However, in response to this difficulty, philosophers and scientists have developed a number of theories. Quantum theory is one of the more widely accepted theories. It claims that our reality is made up of discrete bits or pieces (quanta) that can be either observed directly or not observed at all. Hence it provides a possible answer to the question “what is the nature of reality?”
