Description
Vaishnavism, is one of the most important Hindu philosophical systems. It is believed that at the beginning of creation, Brahma created 3 things: Brahmajyoti (the Supreme Light), Bhagavata (the Source of creation), and Bhagirathi (the River Ganges). The creation itself was seen as a multi-dimensional process where everything had to start from this source. In this process, Vishnu, who was also known as Narayana, separates himself from Bhagavati and becomes totally independent of her. Narayana then becomes a part of her and takes birth as Krishna in Dwaraka.
